Whilst we are pretty laid back here at PFC Beads we are obliged to include some serious and legal jargon......so read on to find out the finer details, the small print, the rules etc etc etc.
1.1 This site is owned and operated by PFC Beads. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use this site.
1.2 PFC Beads may revise, discontinue or vary products from time to time without notice. PFC Beads shall not be held liable to any person should we elect not to supply products ordered due to an unforseen change in circumstances or product quality.
1.3 Numerous products supplied by PFC Beads are handmade and are made from natural resources and materials. Variation in size, colour, texture, design, grain and general appearance is to be expected.
1.4 Whilst PFC Beads takes a true photograph of the article you are purchasing / viewing, allowance must be made for a differentiation in colour due to different software, monitors and printers etc being used.
1.5 At no time are you as a purchaser / customer / browser or any other party permitted to use or copy any article from the website of PFC Beads without our permission.
1.6 PFC Beads makes every effort to check items for damages or faults before being sent out to customers. In the case of receiving a faulty item at our negligence PFC Beads will offer a replacement or refund on return or proof of damaged goods.
1.7 PFC Beads accepts no liability for any damage incurred to products whilst in transit, due to any external causes.
1.8 The property and risk of the product shall pass to the customer upon despatch from PFC Beads to the address supplied by the purchaser.
2.1 DISCLAIMER.....Every effort is made to ensure the information provided on this site is correct and accurate. PFC Beads does not warrant its accuracy or completeness and reserves the right, but makes no commitment, to update or correct the terms and conditions and information and images contained in this site at any time without notice.
3.1 RETURNS......Any faulty items received, and not damaged in transit, will be refunded or replaced on the following conditions. Please note that postage is non refundable and goods are to returned at your own cost.
A....contact is made within 7 days of receipt of goods and we agree for the goods to be returned.
B....proof or purchase is provided
C....goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging in full quantities with sufficient packing to ensure safe delivery.
3.2 RETURNS......sometimes what you receive is not as you saw on the computer due to variances in different computer monitors and software. We have no control over these aspects unfortunately. How ever, if what you have ordered varies greatly to that of your computer screen we will offer a replacement, a credit or a refund. Please note, we are not obliged to do so but understand the disappointment sometimes in ordering goods over the internet and appreciate that this can be a difficult task. Contact must be made within 5 working days of goods being received
No refunds will be given for those who have simply " changed their mind " sorry. Be sure to check what you are ordering and be sure that it is what you want to purchase.
4.1 PRICES......All prices are displayed in New Zealand Currency. All prices include GST of 12.5%
4.2 PFC Beads reserves the right to change or amend products and prices given on the web site at any given time.
4.3 PFC Beads does not gurantee that a continuation of a product will carry the same advertised price as before due to currency fluctuations when buying new products at a different time.
5.1 DELIVERY......PFC Beads will endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day your payment has cleared or if this is not possible then the next working day.
5.2 PFC Beads will use all reasonable effort to ensure the safe delivery of products in an acceptable condition to the address specified by the customer.
5.3 Clauses 5.1 and 5.2 aside, PFC Beads shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods on a timely basis for external causes or reasons beyond our control.
6.1 FREIGHT......calculated at check out on completion of shopping. Frieght is calculated by weight and does vary.
6.2 All shipping methods used by PFC Beads can be tracked for safer delivery of goods.
6.3 Should your shipping method come to less than charged at the time of checkout, this will be refunded to you.
